Using this site
By browsing or ordering through this site you agree to these terms. The site is operated by the Tesla Service Remanufacturing facility in Lathrop, California. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use; don't scrape, misrepresent, or interfere with it.
Pricing and estimates
Listed prices exclude taxes, registration, and applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Financing and payment figures shown anywhere on the site are estimates for planning purposes only — they are not offers or commitments of credit. Incentive information is provisional; confirm eligibility with the administering program before relying on it.
Orders and vehicle availability
An order is confirmed when payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and you receive an order confirmation. Inventory is live: in rare cases a vehicle may become unavailable between listing and confirmation, in which case you receive a full refund of any amount paid, promptly.
Vehicle condition and documentation
Every vehicle is sold with a documented multi-point inspection and a diagnostic battery health report. Pre-owned vehicles are used goods: cosmetic wear consistent with age and mileage is disclosed in listings and photographs. Range figures referenced on the site are EPA estimates for the vehicle when new; real-world range varies with battery age, weather, and driving conditions.
Warranties
Remaining manufacturer warranty (including battery and drive unit coverage) transfers with the vehicle where applicable; the estimated remaining coverage is stated per listing. Remanufactured components installed by the facility carry their stated functional warranty. Except as expressly stated, vehicles and goods are provided without additional warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines shown are estimates. Risk in the vehicle passes to you on your acceptance at handoff. Inspect the vehicle at delivery; visible transport damage must be noted at handoff to be claimable against the carrier. See the Delivery page for the full process.
Returns
Vehicle and accessory returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including California consumer protections.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order governs that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are subject to the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
