We collect the minimum information needed to sell you a vehicle, deliver it, and support your ownership — and we treat it the way we treat our inspections: documented, restrained, and honest. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
- Order and vehicle information: purchases, order history, VIN assignment, delivery details, and financing estimate inputs you choose to enter.
- Payment information is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate region, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use your information
- To process orders, coordinate delivery, and provide ownership support.
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested estimates — financing figures are estimates, never offers of credit.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website, including fraud prevention.
- To send transactional messages about your order. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and every one includes an unsubscribe.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except service providers who help us operate (payment processing, vehicle transport, analytics), under contractual confidentiality, or where the law requires.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart, checkout, and sign-in, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential features may not work without them.
Data retention & security
We keep order records as long as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, and account data while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and payment handling is delegated to PCI-compliant processors.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us and we will respond within the timelines the law requires.
