Return & Refund Policy

Vehicles: 7 days or 500 miles

• Return window: 7 calendar days from delivery or 500 miles driven since handoff, whichever comes first.
• The vehicle must be in the condition delivered — no new damage, modifications, or liens. Our delivery-day inspection record is the baseline.
• Transport, registration, and third-party fees already incurred are deducted where non-recoverable; we itemize every deduction before you confirm the return.
• Trade-in vehicles are returned to you, or their credited value refunded if already processed.

Accessories: 30 days

• Returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• Charging hardware (Wall Connector, Mobile Connector, adapters) may be returned opened if uninstalled and undamaged.
• Items marked final sale, and items damaged after delivery, are not returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the return being accepted and the vehicle or item received back. Financed purchases refund through the lender first, with any balance to you. We confirm every refund by email when it is issued.
