Our Lathrop facility remanufactures Tesla drive units, batteries, and power electronics — recovering value, closing the material loop, and supplying the service network with parts held to factory tolerance.

Drive Unit Remanufacturing
Recovered drive units are fully disassembled, inspected, and rebuilt with new wear components, then performance-validated on dynamometer to original factory tolerances before redistribution.
02Capability 02
Battery & Energy Refurbishment
Battery packs and energy storage modules undergo diagnostic capacity testing, module-level repair, and full re-certification, extending service life and recovering materials that would otherwise be scrapped.
03Capability 03
Power Electronics & Chargers
Chargers, inverters, and power conversion units are bench-tested, repaired at component level, and returned to the service network as remanufactured assemblies carrying full functional warranty.
04Capability 04
Warranty Component Repair
Components returned under warranty are triaged, root-cause analyzed, and repaired or remanufactured, feeding both the service parts supply and continuous quality improvement across the fleet.
05Capability 05
Service Parts Logistics
Finished remanufactured assemblies are inventoried and distributed through the Lathrop Global Parts Distribution Center, supplying Tesla Service centers and authorized partners nationwide.
