Core recovery
Warranty-returned drive units, packs, and electronics arrive from the service network as cores — the raw material of remanufacturing.
Restoration to spec
The Service Remanufacturing line disassembles, rebuilds, and validates each unit against original factory specification.
Inventory & staging
Finished assemblies are certified, inventoried, and staged in the Global Parts Distribution Center on the same campus.
Nationwide dispatch
Parts ship to Tesla Service centers and authorized partners across North America — often the same week they are certified.
